Terms of the Reservlab Plan
The Reservlab plan grants you access to several privileges:
- - Access to restaurant booking assistance
- - Access to assistance in booking plane, train and event tickets
- - Access to hotel reservation assistance
- - Access to our taxi reservation service
- - Customer service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Service Details
You can submit a reservation request for a restaurant, flight, train, event, hotel or taxi by contacting our team directly by phone or via the forms available in your personal account. Following this, our team will call you back or send you a confirmation of your reservation, or provide you with the best available offers by sending you an external link to the Reservlab website so that you can finalise your reservation.
Price of the service and the Reservlab plan
The Reservlab plan costs €0.10, including a 72-hour trial offer, then €49.00 per month if the account is not canceled within 72 hours after the purchase of the plan (billing occurs on the anniversary of the payment or on the last day of the month if that’s not possible). The payment for your plan will be made by direct debit and will contain the label Reservlab or Reservlab.com.
The Reservlab plan can be canceled at any time and without conditions. Furthermore, the cancellation of your Reservlab plan is completely free.

Terms of the Reservlab plan
Your plan has a duration of one month, automatically renewed at the end of the current plan period.
Your Reservlab plan is, of course, cancellable at any time and without any conditions. Nothing will be charged upon cancellation of your plan as it is entirely free!
To cancel your plan, simply go to the 'Cancellation' page and enter the email address you used to purchase your Reservlab plan. You can cancel your plan here.

Service Delivery Time
If an issue arises or if our service is unavailable, Reservlab reserves the right to decline your service request, and your request will be automatically declined and not counted. You will then be able to make another request for the desired service.
Storage and Transfer of Information
Information will be stored on secure servers, monitored and maintained according to privacy protection measures. We may store or transfer information about individuals in the EU to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or to countries that the European Commission has not deemed inadequate, provided that these countries implement appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal information.
Information is stored on servers only for the duration necessary to provide services and maintain the integrity of our databases. We will keep records of processing activities to demonstrate compliance with the EU GDPR.
Some services require the use of third-party solutions. When you are redirected from our site to a third-party website, you are no longer interacting with our site. Any information you provide through third-party websites will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy and other applicable terms.
